Executive retreats of up to 24 people are hosted downtown in our historic Sanchez House – a second-period Colonial home built in the 1700s, with original beams, floors and coquina walls, and documented in the Library of Congress! This unique and beautiful venue includes a private stone patio highlighted by a historic fountain, as well as a waterfront lawn area, perfect for corporate games and cocktail receptions.

Petite Retreats, with 12 attendees or less, can also be hosted at our Beachcomber Cottages on Vilano Beach. With eight suites, located in four separate buildings, there’s plenty of space to recharge, relax or meet overlooking the Atlantic – a breathtaking view to inspire your organization’s future!
