St. Augustine Regional Airport
Why yes, St. Augustine does have its own airport (SRA) and its located just minutes from the historic district. This regional airport has limited service, but the carriers frequently offer discounts on direct flights. Frontier has direct flights from Philadelphia and Chicago, and ViaAir has direct flights to Charlotte. Check www.flynf.com for current schedules and available discounts.
Bonus: Ask us to pick you up! You don’t need a car to travel in St. Augustine, and we’ll be happy to pick you up for free from St. Augustine’s airport (Northeast Florida Regional Airport). Must be arranged 72 hours in advance.
Tip: Planes land and movable stairs are pushed to the plane on the tarmac for boarding and disembarking. May be difficult for visitors with mobility issues.
