St. Augustine is currently rehabilitating the King Street Bridge, which spans the San Sebastian River. As part of this project, the bridge is closed, so the usual access route via King Street is temporarily unavailable. Construction is expected to last approximately 7 months, with completion anticipated around November 2026.

How to Get to the Bayfront Marin House:
If you’re traveling north on U.S. 1, continue past King Street instead of turning into town. Take a right onto Malaga Street, where a new traffic light has been installed. From there, take a left onto King Street and follow it until Avenida Menendez.
Turn right onto Avenida Menendez and pull into our loading zone on the right. It is marked with slanted lines. Park there to unload your bags for the Main Inn (rooms 1–17) or the Sanchez House (rooms 18 and 19).
A parking pass with directions to your designated parking space will be waiting in your room.
