Hello, netties!
If you’ve come to this site from my Historic Traveler blog, then you already know that I am a hapless traveler, determined to find historic towns/sites/buildings that grown-ups would like (as opposed to bored-looking teens on their eighth-grade fieldtrip). When I’m not writing about actual travels by trains or planes or cabbies, I’m writing about figurative trips to the past as my husband and I renovate old houses (in Cape May, NJ and Galveston, TX).
Basically, if it can happen in an old building, I could happen to write about it.
If you’ve been reading my blog for a while (or even just lately), you also know that the hub and I just did something pretty historic ourselves: we bought a historic bed and breakfast in our country’s oldest city, St. Augustine, Florida.
