Tuesday: Travel to St. Augustine, FL
Fly into Jacksonville, FL (1 hour away), Orlando Airport (2 hours away), or check our regional St. Augustine airport, Northeast Florida Regional Airport (airport code UST). There are several car rental options in town, or take a shuttle to the inn and leave your car at home. Virtually everything in St. Augustine’s downtown is walkable. St. Augustine is also an easy drive from many locations in Florida, as well as Georgia, South Carolina, southern portions of North Carolina and Alabama.
3:00 pm – Check in at the Bayfront Marin House
The Bayfront Marin House utilizes Front Desk texting programs, so attendees will know exactly when their room is ready for check in. Arrivals can come to our front desk, or go directly to their room, and let themselves in using our keyless lock system. The inn offers high speed internet, streaming televisions, and an electronic concierge service in each of our 19 downtown rooms, and 8 beach cottages on Vilano Beach. Enjoy a variety of lodging options, from beautifully appointed rooms at our main inn, to private vacation rentals nearby. If you rent a larger space for your executives, the suite’s living spaces can be used for breakout sessions or small group meetings throughout your stay. We’re happy to help you plan your rooming list to maximize the spaces onsite.
6:00 pm – Welcome Reception on the Sanchez House Lawn*
Enjoy a light reception with passed appetizers and beer and wine, giving your attendees a chance to casually mingle and talk about the upcoming session. Reception is part of the package for guests staying at the Bayfront Marin House only. Additional guests will incur an additional charge.
7:00 pm – Group Dinner
Walk to one of 60 plus restaurants in St. Augustine, a city recently named the Best Food City in the South by Southern Living. If you’d like a private room for your group, you can find a list of wonderful options here.
Wednesday: Meetings & Team Building
7:00 am – Yoga on the Lawn at the Sanchez House
Stretches and breathing for busy executives—perfect for stress reduction
8:00 am – Breakfast Buffet at the Sanchez House*
9:00 am – Business Meeting*
Meet in the Sanchez House. Petite retreats will meet downstairs; groups larger than 12 will meet on the second floor.
11:00 am – Break Out Sessions*
Meet in the Aviles Street Cottage, Sanchez House and Casita on Aviles Street (note: Aviles Street Cottage and the Casita on Aviles Street have sleeping spaces as well—these can only be utilized if those rooms have been rented by your group). Breakout sessions will have coffee, water, and trail mix stations at each location.

2:00 pm – Team Building Event
