Sick as a Dog: Pet Emergencies in St. Augustine

We know how nice it is to bring your pet on vacation–that’s why the rooms on our first floor are pet friendly. After all, you can teach an old dog new tricks–like catching a frisbee in front of the fort, frolicking in the surf, running with you on an early morning run through our narrow brick streets.

But we also know how nerve-wracking it can be when your four-legged friends starts to feel…well, sick as a dog. That’s why we thought it would be helpful to have a list of emergency pet centers, as well as a regular vet with daytime hours. We hope you don’t have to use this list while you’re here…but if you do, we hope you (and your pet) are running around town again soon!

(Note: We’ve included websites and phone numbers for pet centers in town. We recommend calling first and confirming hours, availability, and treatment specialties).
