If you’re one of the people who does, then make sure you’re out tomorrow morning at 10:00 am. The annual St. Augustine Christmas parade starts at the Mission de Nombre at 10, then snakes through the town, ending at the parking garage near the city gates.
We won’t be able to meet you there…because we’ll be walking in the parade! Yup…Mike, Sandy, Brian and Donna will be all dressed up to promote next week’s Bed and Breakfast Tour. (Hint: There will be costumes!) We’ll be handing out candy canes, courtesy of Winn Dixie (one of the tour partners), and basically laughing our way through the town.

Then, after the parade tomorrow morning, it’s the British Nightwatch tomorrow night. Costumed re-enactors will process through the town with lanterns and candles–signifying the period that St. Augustine was under English rule. We won’t be participating in that parade…I’m not sure that our costumes would fit in with the redcoat theme!
