Tuesday: Travel to St. Augustine, FL
Fly into Jacksonville, FL (1 hour away), Orlando Airport (2 hours away), or check our regional St. Augustine airport, Northeast Florida Regional Airport (airport code UST). Several car rental options are available in town. St. Augustine is an easy drive from many locations in Florida, as well as Georgia, South Carolina, southern portions of North Carolina and Alabama.
3:00 pm – Check in at the Beachcomber Cottages on Vilano
The Bayfront Marin House utilizes Front Desk texting programs, so attendees will know exactly when their room is ready for check in. Arrivals can come to our front desk, or go directly to their room, and let themselves in using our keyless lock system. The inn offers high speed internet, streaming televisions, and an electronic concierge service in each of our 19 downtown rooms, and 8 beach cottages on Vilano Beach.
Enjoy a variety of lodging options, from beautifully appointed rooms for two, to a two-bedroom cottage, to a three-story home that sleeps 4. We’re happy to help you plan your rooming list to maximize the spaces onsite.
6:00 pm – Welcome Reception*
Gather on the Yellow House lawn or on the pool deck at the Lagoon Cottage. Enjoy a light reception with passed appetizers and beer and wine, giving your attendees a chance to casually mingle and talk about the upcoming session.
7:00 pm – Dinner
Dine with your group at the award-winning Pesca Restaurant, with Chef, Michael Lugo
Wednesday: Meetings & Team Building
7:00 am – Optional Group Yoga on the Beach
8:00 am – Breakfast*
Enjoy a buffet on the oceanfront patio at the Blue House (in case of weather, buffet can be set up in the Atlantic Suite)
9:00 am – Business Session in the Atlantic Suite*
11:00 am – Mid-morning Break*
Take a break with coffee, water, and a trail mix station. If breaking into 2 or 3 small groups, groups can meet on the oceanfront patio at the Blue House, and/or the porch at the Atlantic Suite.
12:00 pm – Lunch
Dine at the Reef Restaurant or can be catered as well
2:00 pm – Team Building Event

- Water tour of St. Augustine, departing from Vilano Beach
- Stand Up Paddleboard Excursion (Vilano Beach)
- Cooking class or charcuterie board making (downtown)
- Guided tour of St. Augustine’s best restaurants and bars by the Tasting Tours (downtown)
- Zip-lining over the Alligator Farm (Anastasia Island)
- City-wide scavenger hunt (downtown)
- Beach clean-up (Vilano Beach)
5:00 pm – Happy Hour Downtown at the Bayfront Marin House*

Thursday: Finalize Business Plans & Share Results of Group Sessions
8:00 am – Breakfast Buffet in the Atlantic Suite*
8:30 am – Meeting at the Atlantic Suite*
