Snickerdoodle Sunday!

Mary is making a time consuming happy hour (hot ham and cheese roll ups, hot spinach dip, and a garlic cheese ball), so she’s opted for an easy dessert today–her famous “Don’t Tell Busy Day Cookies”.

Just in case you have a busy day yourself sometime, here’s the recipe. But you have to promise not to tell that they start with a cookie mix!!

Mary’s Don’t Tell Busy Day Cookies

Ingredients:
1 package Snickerdoodle cookie mix
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
1-1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 egg

Mix all ingredients and spoon drop onto a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 6 to 8 minutes.

It’s a little drizzly this morning–these cookies may be easy, but they smell amazing and they definitely add some sun to a cloudy day!!
