Two private entrances and a private porch area in front overlooking the bay make The King George one of our prime rooms. These lodging accommodations are complete with a Victorian Queen bed and an old English Armoire. This room is often selected by our guests as their honeymoon suite. Named after the family who built this portion of the house in St Augustine, Florida, in the 1830's, this room offers a light sea green decor, with a Queen sleigh bed where you can gaze out through a bay window. The Hopkins Cottage boast a double Jacuzzi to relax in, two arm chairs and table by the window, and a separate shower in the bath, as well as easy access to the courtyard, dining room and common areas. Elegant wood floors and an original brick wall are features of this special first floor retreat.

One French door leads you to our romantic double corner jacuzzi and separate shower facilities, while the other allows you St Augustine views of the southerly bayfront with its many sailboats. The large second floor wrap-around porch awaits you right outside your door with love-seats, swings, rocking chairs and tables, all overlooking the bayfront!
